Please welcome Bandit to the Trevathan homestead in Montello. We are unsure of the sex,but it really does not matter. Thank you DJ for finding this beautiful kitty and taking it to JT. Bandit is a thief, it has already stolen JT's heart and mine.

First snow in Montello and a new part time resident

Say hello to Jake, his owner is JT's boss Keith at the ranch. While Keith is away Jake will be staying with JT at the rv and everywhere JT goes. He loves to ride in the truck and is a great companion to JT. He is a beauty!!!

The dream is coming true!

Montello has a new permanent resident!! JT is the new operations
manager at the Winecup-Gamble ranch. I will still reside in
Maryland for the time being,but will visit as much as I can.
Our dream is becoming a reality, we are half-way there.
This is a great opportunity for JT and I couldn't be happier or prouder!!

Skirting done, Gates finished

Still need to do some touch up on the painting, but the gates are finished. Now to get the rv set up for the winter. Had some snow in morning. Winter is coming! Beautiful view from our property. Awesome!!!!!

JT finished skirting today! Weather and temperature permitting, he will try and seal and paint. May be heading home in a few weeks. Will try and get back as soon as possilbe. Awesome!!!

Progress with the fencing.
N/W corner showing corner and gate posts. Still need one more post for gate support on the far right and then H braces. Once all corners and H braces are in, I can start running wire. After first strand I will install the rest of the line posts.

Cutting Lumbar for Fence Posts

JT and our friend DJ went up in the moutains behind Montello and cut some wood to use as fencing. Some of the logs were over 8 feet long weighing over 100 lbs. Long hard day but productive.
